What do courses include?
Our courses include all the necessary materials needed to successfully complete the course and pass the exam, if one is required. Course specific details can be found on the course pages.
‍Our are scheduled at various times throughout the year. Courses are delivered online and can be accessed from any device, provided you have internet access.
NZSE College is accredited by New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). We offer microcredential courses taught by experts in their field.
NZSE supports several different payment methods. We are currently accepting Debit Card, Credit Card, After Pay and Poli Pay.
There is a strict no-refund policy for all our courses. If you are unsure if a course is for you, contact us and we can set you up with a course preview.
If you find you have a question about a paid course while you are taking it, you can search for answers to your question in the FAQs, ask the instructor, phone us, or email us.
We try to make our fees all inclusive. For most of the courses, the fee you see displayed is the fee you will pay.
We do recommend that students are aged 16 or above for our courses. Education should be available to all and we try to impose no limits. If you are under 16 and want to study, please contact us before you enrol as we will need to speak to your parent/guardian.

Yes. Look at the course duration and requirements on each listing and as long as you feel you can find the time you should have no problem at all.

In most cases, no. Course packages come with a broad range of materials that are sufficient to excel in the course. It will be clearly listed in the course details if additional materials or books are required. If this is this case, these will need to be purchased separately.
Most of our courses require no previous skills or qualifications to enrol. If required, it is clearly listed in the course details. Our team is happy to give you advice on if a specific course is right for you.
One of our course advisors will be in touch once payment has been processed to take you through the application process.
This will vary depending on the course taken.
We have a strict no-refund policy for our courses. We can organise a course transfer for you at the cost of the new course. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
In these instances, this is beyond the control of the college. It is the student’s responsibility to complete and manage their time within the allowed duration of their course. We do not issue refunds of any kind due to students not being able to complete for any reason. Extensions can be arranged at an additional cost if required allowing students more time to complete.
Unfortunately, no discounts are available to unemployed students.
Scholarships are not available at this moment.
Yes, our learning platforms are Mac and PC friendly. If you have any issues, our team are more than happy to help.
We cannot guarantee that you will get a job after gaining a certification. However, we can guarantee that certification opens doors to interviews, giving you opportunities to stand out from the crowd which you might otherwise have missed out on.
